Maintenance Phase 4

WELL DONE YOU MADE IT !
Congratulations you have arrived at Phase 4 of the Smart Diet. In this module you are going to learn to maintain what you have achieved. If you go back to the awful eating habits you had before you lost your stored fat  you will damage all the good work you have done. However we live in the real world and you will need to know how to still enjoy eating and socializing . We want to train you towards rejuvenation and longevity and make sure you maintain your youthfull looks and slim new body without becoming a food nazi.

WHY PHASE 4
How you introduce certain foods will give you a lot of feedback and let you know which  foods you should cut out for life or only use as a sometimes food. We all have very different levels of tolerence and can be highly allergic to certain foods and ingredients. That DNA will never change, however we are going to show you how to slowly introduce many of the allergy offending regarded foods back into your diet . You will immediatley know which foods are aggrevating your body and which ones dont. It is up to you to watch the scales and your reactions to decide weather they are acceptable for you or not.

FIND OUT HOW TO KEEP IT OFF FOR LIFE 
Maintenance is about getting in touch with your body and using the process to work out what your body type does and does not like. Make sure you take this stage slowly and dont rush the process. You will be immensly rewarded if you focus and concentrate on what works and what does not .
