Phase 3 and Your Exercise Program
Phase 3 is as important, if not more important than phase 2.In this module we show you how to stabalize your weight.As with all the phases on the weight loss protocol you need to follow instructions to the letter.Phase 3 introduces a lot more food choices and volume of food while eliminating certain foods for 3 weeks. Your weight set point is established in this phase.This is your long term weight projection.
Exercise is introduced in module 3 and we compliment it with short effective workouts that will keep you fit and interested.The Exercise classes are broken down into bite size chunks so that you can assimilate your fitness program naturally and without pressure. You are encouraged to pick up the challenge of getting fit and rejuvenating your body with these exercise regimes.
